Allergies

We decided to switch allergy doctors hoping to get some more straight forward answers and looking for a more child friendly office. They retested her allergies and found she is also allergic to Soy, Sesame Seeds, and Sunflower seeds. We are going in for some blood work to get more specifics on which beans in the legume family she is allergic to. And have two more dates to go in to get specifics on her allergies to Soy, and the Beans. I am glad to be getting some more straight forward information it helps me feel a little more comfortable with her safety and health. Brandon says we are going to have to get business cards printed with all her allergies!

Star Student

Teagan was the Star Student this week. Every Friday her school has an assembly where one kid from each class is selected for outstanding work/behavior etc. For the next week that student gets to be the teachers special helper, shows off things about themselves, gets to bring in show and tell, etc. Teagan has been waiting all year for it to be her turn so she could bring a couple of things to show her class. I let her pick out which pictures she wanted to bring its funny how I would have picked such different ones but oh well! She is a super student and I am proud of her!

Bell Bell

One of my best friends this little doggie is!

Blessed

Its in our human nature to want more, a newer home, more bathrooms, better this, or that. But more often than not I find myself very thankful for the home that we have and where we are able to live. I truly am thankful for our little home.

My Sorter

Every time I turn around this little lady is sorting something new, squinkies, horses, fruit snacks, markers. By color, princess movie, sparkle or no sparkle.....it just cracks me up!

Dr. Seuss

My little Dr. Seuss lover. Her teacher loves Dr. Seuss as well so they had a fun week leading up to Dr. Seuss Birthday. Unfortunately I didn't get many pics of her other days including crazy socks and hat day. Her teacher fed them lots of fun treats and had lots of fun activities for them throughout the week. I packed her Seuss lunch as the tradition continues. And we had our Green Eggs and Ham as a family (with the addition of a fritata for Brandon and I). This was Teagan's first year dressing up like this so she wasn't sure what to think of everyone looking at her, but she sure did think she was hot stuff still!

Ice Skating with Girl Scouts

One of Teagan's absolute favorite Girl Scout activities. She is so darn good at it to, its seriously impressive to me!

Reading Rewards

Pizza Hut did this when I was in grade school and I think it is so neat they still do! Rewarding kids for reading a minimum amount each day every month. Teagan said this one was one of the best pizza's she's ever had. Way to go sweetie, so proud of how hard you work and of your love of reading.

Braving it Up

Quiet a while ago I ripped a hole in Taylees poor ear when I was trying to take her earing out without realizing Brandon had put it on with the clear backing that comes with the earings when you buy them. I've tried to convince her several times since her ears healed up to get back in to get them pierced. And out of the blue this last week she decided she was ready. Such a brave girly!
