So I've wanted to try Cafe Rio for a couple of years now. I've made their famous Pork Salad recipe at home many times and am in love with it! I was lucky enough to get to go there with Jocelyn on our Birthday. I love her so so much. She is a very special person in my life. I'm thankful for these years we have in our adult life's to reconnect and strengthen our friendship. I'm so proud of her accomplishments. She is a wonderful mother, a great dancer and dance instructor. I'm so glad we were able to spend time together on our Birthday.
